2026 New Year New Start Accountability Group – Official Document ​

Welcome to the Pro Physique 2026 New Year New Start Accountability Group!

Our mission is to help you stay consistent, energized, and confident during the holidays…while still enjoying the cookies, parties, and peppermint mochas. ​ You can join along in our private Facebook group for this Sleigh the Holiday accountability group starting Monday, February 2, 2026. ​ ​ This is the link to the Facebook group:

Admission into the Facebook group is done manually, so please allow 12–48 hours for approval. Make sure to answer the security question asking for your email address associated with your ticket to be granted entry. Requests to join the group without this information will be denied. ​ If you need assistance, please email the Challenge Director at ben@prophysique.com for help. ​

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Cost: The cost for basic entry is USD $55.00 + service fee (No refunds). Guided Coaching with weekly check-ins is USD $450 + service fee (No refunds). ​ Working with a coach means that you are accepting that they may not be ready to sign off on a diet if it is not in line with best practices, your health, and long-term goals. Guided Coaching enrollment fees will not be refunded due to not agreeing with the coach’s approach for the group. ​

ELIGIBILITY:

You do not require access to a gym to participate. This group is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older at the time the event commences. Sleigh the Holiday is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law or regulation. Participants agree to abide by the terms of this official document and by the decisions of Pro Physique Inc., which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Sleigh the Holiday accountability group. ​

DATES:

​ The official start of the 90 Days Sleigh the Holidays is Monday, February 9, 2026. The Group closes on Sunday, May 10, 2026. Pro Physique Inc. reserves the right to modify or change the dates of the accountability group at any time. ​

ONLINE COMMUNITY RULES:

  1. Be Respectful Treat others with kindness and respect, even if you disagree. Personal attacks, insults, or harassment are not tolerated.
  2. Use Inclusive Language Ensure that your language is inclusive and avoids discrimination or stereotyping. We celebrate diversity and encourage respect for all backgrounds.
  3. Constructive Criticism Only If you disagree with someone’s opinion or suggestion, offer constructive feedback instead of being dismissive. It’s okay to disagree, but do so in a way that promotes growth and learning.
  4. No Hate Speech or Bullying Hate speech, trolling, or any form of bullying, whether direct or indirect, will not be tolerated. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, or any discriminatory behavior.
  5. Support Each Other Foster a positive atmosphere by supporting fellow members. Encourage others, offer help when needed, and share in each other’s successes and challenges.
  6. Be Mindful of Tone Online communication can often be misinterpreted. Be mindful of your tone, and when in doubt, err on the side of politeness. Remember, we’re all human!
  7. Be Patient People come from different backgrounds, have different levels of experience, and may process things differently. Be patient and understanding with others.
  8. Share Resources and Knowledge If you have helpful knowledge, tips, or resources, share them! A supportive community is built on sharing and learning together.
  9. Keep Discussions Relevant Stay on-topic and keep the conversation productive. If you want to chat about something unrelated, consider taking it to a dedicated space like off-topic threads or private messages.
  10. Respect Privacy Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information without consent, and be cautious about revealing too much personal info in public spaces.
  11. Use Trigger Warnings If you’re sharing content that might be upsetting to others (e.g., discussions of trauma, sensitive topics, or graphic images), use trigger warnings to ensure people can decide whether they want to engage.
  12. Be Accountable If you make a mistake, acknowledge it and apologize. We all have room to grow, and taking responsibility for your actions builds trust within the community.
  13. Coaches/Admins Are Here to Help Coaches/Admins are here to make sure everyone is following the guidelines and keeping the space safe. If you have concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out ​
